The rotors are different. You will have to use the C5 rotors. Due to my track activities, I am a large consumer of rotors and other J55 brake parts. Let me know if you have some old inventory you want to sell.

will a 13" C4 rotor work on a C5 caliper??? or have to use a C5 13" rotor?

You will need C5 rotors. The C4 rotor is actually slightly larger in diameter than the C5 one, but thinner. I have also heard that C5 rotors are relatively cheap.

Allsafe Hd rotors from Rockauto for $34.79 each. I have tried Cryo Treated, Powerslot, etc. I have come to the conclusion that they all crack at more or less the same rate(two track days or 200 minutes.) The rotors are not that impotant as long as they are not CRACKED! The brake pads only last one day, at Laguna Seca, they are down to the backing plates; at Infinion and Thunderhill, there is generally pad material left but not enough for another day, hence a pad change. Right now I am using KFP Purple because I bought 10 sets very cheaply. Raybestos ST43 were the best I ever used, but too expensive, they lasted two days as well. I run Motul 600 fluid with speedbleeders and bleed them prior to every event. I experiance no fade and my rotor temperatures exceed 1250 deg F, based on temperature paint readings. I also use stainless steel pistons in the calipers. Cheap pads and fluid are a disaster, cheap or used(but uncracked) rotors work fine.
