I have heard that there is a clearance problem with the "snorkel" to the throttle body.... since the electric water pump motor protrudes further forward than the stock...
I hope this helps, i'm sure others will chime in...
Mo, thanks for the response. I just measured the pump and it sits out 2&1/2 to 2&3/4 inches further then the stock pump. I have converted to a standard style chain set, so going back to a standard pump would be quite involved.
I went out and measured.. from the waterpump its self, not counting the little bolt on plat I measured about 2 3/4 inches. Sio it may be possible to maybe have the snorkle modified at a machine shop... I don't think it would take that much to modify...
Mo, again, thanks for your response and time. The actual pump measures 2.5 in. but in the center, there is a dimple of about 1/4 in where the pump motor shaft sticks out making it about 2.75 in. Looking at your web page it looks close but it may work. I am surprised that this has not come up before since the electric pumps have been tried so much in the past.
By the way, you have a great web page.
i have been doing some homework myself and don't see how it would fit without crashing. i don't see it fitting at all with cutting something!!
I could not get it to fit with the heavy duty Mez. pump. I did get it together with the light duty pump. With the TB off the intake, I put it all together from the S/C to the throttlebody and then mounted the throttlebody to the intake. It was a very tight fit but it can be done.
Ronnie, this may be a dumb question, but how can I tell which pump I have? I didnt see any numbers on it.
I'm not sure but maybe by the color. I will check the colors of them the next time I am at my garage. I don't get there everyday so it may take a couple of days to get back to you with the colors and the depth.

I appreciate your help. Mine is black. I checked their web page, but I cant find anything giving sizes. Also I believe the colors can be ordered in all of their pumps. Black, blue, red, and polished.
BTW, I just happen to have a guy that does great fabrication work. He's doing all of my work now and I sent him wheelsup and a couple of others, everybody loves his work. On top of that he's reasonable & quick, can't say enough about how good I think he is.
