Default A couple coilover questions

I installed a pair of QA1's up front a little over a year ago and put a pair of 350in. lb. springs on at the same time. Just upgraded to 400in. lb. springs and what a great difference!

My questions are these:
1) What are people doing about their upper bushings? Using the stock rubber? or has anyone found poly replacements?

2) If I decide to go coilover in the rear... Same size shock body with same travel? What about spring rate? A little softer?

Thanks,
Jay

How do you like them just in the front? This is what I'm considering doing.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I had about given up on finding these in poly.

Well, I think the car definitely handles better than stock and I like that I was able to dial in the suspension with the adjustable dampers (needed it to bring the handling to neutral at first.) As for the difference between front and rear, it's tough to notice unless the bumps are big and the speed is slow.

That's the same reason I want them. As well as to be able to lower the front easily, set the corner weights properly, etc.

Thanks Jeff I never would have guessed they should be so light.

Anyone have any input on the compressed/extended lengths in relation to the fronts?

Jay,

Take a look at my site ( in my signature) I list out all the parts you need to go all the way around...

I use the next longer shocks in the rear as I found the same length in the front would leave the ground if going over like railroad track to fast...

If you have any questions please feel free to PM or email me...
