Wheel Spacers?
I am thinking of buying a set of 17 x 9.5 zo6 wheels, I have an 86 L98. What size wheel spacers if any do I need? Also do you think that is a good rim size for my car? thx

The size of the adapter depends on the offset of the Z06 wheels. If you have the standard suspension, the offset on your stock wheels is 32mm. If you have the Z51 suspension, your stock wheel offset is 38mm.
For example, my stock 1989 wheels have a 56mm offset. If you were to use these wheels, you would need to correct the 24mm discrepency (32mm wheel stock size reference). You would use a 1" adapter.

Thx for the info, I have another question. Would you go for an 17X9.5 z06 wheel or a ZR1 17X11 R/ 17X9.5 F wheel? I am thinking sticking to the z06 wheels b/c I don't want to run through 35 series tires once every 6 months 
But the added size means more rubber to the ground. Thoughts?
