Maf
Here is a picture of my MAF, I always wondered if it should have a bottem wire? It's the same MAF that came with the car and it didn't have a bottem wire when I descreened it and removed the heat sinks. It kinda looks like there should be a four wire, so I thought I'd ask.

That link work to put the picture in this message? If it didn't click my photos to the left under my name.

Ok thanks, I always wondered. Thought I'd take a pic and ask since I've got it taken apart.

That's all there is to it. A single thin wire (hot wire) connecting between two leads.

It will flow more air. It's one of the "free mods" and I like to work on my car so...
I used a can opener to take the screens off and a hand saw to remove the heat sinks. Also I used a sharp knife to remove a ridge of plastic sticking up in the middle of the tube. It was like a casting ridge. Then I put a little diaelectric grease around the o-ring so it would seal better.

Yeah there's a couple I wanted to!
I still can't get the photo to post right.
