i read the original post again and he has already replaced the abs unit
so it is either something blocking the line or a stuck caliper but two new stuck calipers in a row seems a little strange

Maybe its time to rig a pressure guage at the caliper. In place of the bleeder screw or at the end of the flex line. However you hook it up. a guage should tell if a line is blocked or restricted.
Verify that the caliper isn't releasing, then crack the bleeder screw open and see if it then releases. If it doesn't release with the bleeder open, don't waste your time worrying about problems with the lines, etc, because you won't find the trouble there.
If opening the bleeder doesn't allow the caliper to relax, you either have a binding caliper piston, or something mechanically binding in the caliper or pads, which should be easy enough to identify and correct.
