I noticed in the FAQ section it states that the hose size on the right side of the throttle body is 3/4" & exits with a 1/2" size. My 96' looks like they are both 1/2" in & out?
Maybe earlier model have the 3/4" inlet.?
Then down a little further another thread states 3/8" x 5/8" ?
Which is correct?

On my l98 they are the same size
this is one of those "urban legend" modz that isn't worth your time, IMHO
It's a decing gimmick from the general, and there isn't enough surface area in the TBI for the heat to make much of a difference
With Jack. It isn't worth the trouble. Besides, he is as old as dirt, ugly as hell, been around since the good Lord was a corporal, has done about everything including leading the first wagon train out West......
I'll agree that it's not worth the trouble - except if you plan on taking off your TB frequently for dyno testing, cleaning, etc. - then it might be worth the hassle of not having to deal with those lines each time.
It's been a while since I did mine, but IIRC, I didn't use any new tubing or connectors at all. I just took the hose of the "in" side, disconnected both ends of the "out" tubing from it's connectors, swung the "in" tubing underneath the TB, and re-connected it to where the "out" tubing once was. Sounds crazy typed out, but take a look at your hoses (note the extra length), and you'll see what I mean.
If you do the throttle by pass ,it's one less water leak you have to worry about.
The horse power gain is unbelieveable.
Put some good gas in the thing and drive it.
If you want a race car get one on a trailor and go to the track.
