Default Rear spring bolts

Sorry guys, I'm sure that this has been addressed a lot, but I can't find it. Size of the bolts to lower the rear? 94 coupe if it matters. Thanks a lot, Robert Never mind I found it after 2 hours of looking.

The info I found was 9/16 x 10" long or 14mm x 10" long. Some guys were using 5/8 and drilling out the washers, but that seems like overkill. Robert

Correct on the lengths needed. 5/8" (or 16mm in my case, virtually identical to 5/8") may be overkill but when you can get them for free, they're great! I did not have to drill out my stock washers, believe it or not. I simply reamed out my poly spring bushings to 5/8" and was good to go. With stock rubber bushings, they may go right on through, I don't know. I used high quality, new locknuts with the nylon lock. I've sent a couple of sets of these bolts to other guys here who have used them too.

Any info on the install. What should be done or any problems that might occur?

Not really, takes maybe a half hour to do both sides. It may take a little tweaking after a couple of drives to get it perfectly level. If it's like most, it's probably not perfectly level now if you'd check. If only it were so easy to lower the front!

Hey CKNC, where might be a good place to look for bolts that size? Or do you have some left (mooch mooch)? Thanks, Robert
