just bought a bel radar detector, and there was an un-numbered coupon to get the bel vector fx1 unit to measure g-forces, braking distance, peak hp, 1/4 and 60' times for only $49.95. it's one of those units you put on the windshield and sells for $99.95 in the catalogs. always wanted one so i jumped. they are also selling the deluxe, downloadable version for $120--i believe that one goes for $200 normally.
anyway, when i called 1-877-get-1-bel, they took my order for the cheap unit without asking for a code number. so i guess if anyone wants to get one at the reduced price-just tell them about the coupon. they seem happy to sell them at these prices: that just goes to show what the mark up is on these units.
