Default Stuck Exhaust pipe: how to remove?

I am trying to retreive my Power effects Cat back exhaust from my car. Removing most of the system was relatively painless, except the front two pipes that go to the cats.

I finally got the 3rd bolt for the left one last week.

The right is a night mare and that is what I want to ask about--

--It is supposed to be just a slip fit joint onto the cat's integral pipe. Well, it don't slip!! What do I do? I tried PB blaster but I don't see how it can penetrate. Do I need a torch or will a hair dryer help at all? Hammer?

Patience would be the key word here. Keep soaking it with penetrating oil, if need be you can do some minor heating with a propane torch. This should come pretty easily unless it's been seriously clusterf**ked by a major idiot. I think you'll be fine.

Does the PB Blaster qualify as a really good penetrating oil? How do I get it
to penetrate best? I would think spray in the seems.

Major idiot--well--there is a lot of overlap in this slip fit and I have to wonder.
