Default Codes?

I've got a miss with my '94 that comes in at 4000rpm, once the engine warms up. This really only happens at the track, can't get it to do it on the street... When it's still cold, it pulls all the way to 6k without a problem. When it starts missing, it pulls up to 4k and then as soon as it stumbles, it pulls great on up to 6k. I don't have a Check Engine light on, but could it be throwing a code anyway? Anyone have any ideas?

Check for codes, that's the only way to know

Missing or breaking up at higher RPM's can be a symptom of a bad coil.
