code 33
My car was running great then all of sudden I loss all accelation, and the check engine light comes on( it was a code 33.... MAF). What could have caused this??

Code 33 is MAF/Burnoff. It can be either in general, though it only specifies one.
In 85, and 85 only, there are no MAF relays on the firewall behind the battery. Your burnoff module is buried behind the passenger-side dash, and because it is unique to 85, it is rather expensive. Assuming there are no wiring problems, it is either this module or the MAF sensor itself which is also expensive.
Your best bet is to borrow a working MAF sensor to eliminate it as the culprit, before buying a module.
