YEp makes wiring up the pump a snap. Or you can get the 7 fuse painless fuse block they offer if you have other items that need to be wired in. Best thing I ever bought. I hate wiring and trying to find a hot wire etc. This give you 4 ignition hots and 3 contants.
I had them all filled in no time, but what an easy way to fly. They really make it simple and safe...one might say its painless.
I wound up buying a 30amp relay out of radioshack for $1.69 and then using weatherpak connectors to run the wires and whatnot. I agree, painless has great stuff and takes the guesswork out of finding quality insulated wires, etc but you are paying a premium for it.
The fuse blocks would be super nice though - I already have 3-4 items running off the battery terminal... lol.
Here is what I used. http://www.ecklers.com/product.asp?p...dept%5Fid=1126
And think about it. They have worked well with the fans, and the fans pull more amps then the pump will. It looks more factory and not rigged in there and if it does die, you could swap one of your fan relays to limp it home.
