You would still need to change the fuel rails, if not the manifold. The fuel rail inlets for the vette are on the passenger side, the camaro are on the driver side. Other than that, I would assume any year Camaro engine equipped with TPI and the extra startup injector in the driver side runner would work....but I'm sure someone else will chime in if that's not the case.

Some later year blocks have a large harmonic balancer, like 400 blocks. You will need one that is same size as the one you already have or else some work will have to be done to the front cross member. Other than that, a small block is a small block is a small block.
