wiring harness for trailer?
I've got the trailer, I'll be installing the hitch this weekend, next I'll need to wire it up. Anyone who's done this before: do I need one of those booster things that draws power directly from the battery? Or can I just leech off the harness' in the rear bumper?

The best hitches and wiring harnesses would have you run a power wire to the battery. I wouldn't leech off the rear harness for a number of reasons including the fuse rating. The better ones are separately fused.
What kind of vehicle are you doing this to and what kind of hitch is it?

my 93 6-spd. It's a class 1 hitch for a tire trailer.
I may try to upgrade the trailer lights to LED's (C4cruiser's idea, not mine), as that would stave off most of the current issues.
