Question concerning passkey, VATS
I basically know how the VATS system works but I have a question.
86 starts and runs fine but every once in a while when driving it stalls for no apparent reason. It now takes 5 minutes or so for the starter to enable and then it runs fine for a day or so.
Does the passkey only apply when starting or does it enable a circuit during normal running? In other words can it screw up intermittently?
Any input is appreciated.
