are you running low on fuel pressure?? Why are you thinking of changing the pump? I like the walbro 255lph, infact I've got two of them in my tank right now.

Adding a second would be the cheapest way of increasing fuel flow if the other one is still running fine.

what kind of power are you shooting for? I think that a GSS340M and a kenne bell boost-a-pump is good to around 550-600 rwhp if you are well intercooled and running your snow kit.. beyond that, go to Greg Carroll's thread regarding pump configurations. you can run a secondary inline along with your walbro intank and get a bit more or go with a twin parallel GSS340M setup such as mine which was shown by Greg to be capable up to 1000rwhp with appropriate lines regulator and rails and injectors. just depends on your goals at this point, personally in my case I figured I would bite the bullet from the beginning and be setup for whatever my goals became and not have to bother with spending extra money down the road and be as safe as possible from square one. but thats just me.. I tend to overdo things.. you may feel it is overkill.. i see it as room to grow later..

i'm running about the same combo you are. i run 2 255lph pumps in the tank right now. i have 2 #6 lines running up to the fuel rail but it's got plenty of fuel even for my intercooler in the blue bottle.

yes you can run twin pumps with the factory fuel lines.. it will require some wiring to the pumps, and a Y tying in the two pumps into the factory feed line in the tank assembly.

I ran dual Walbros up until the middle of last year, when I ran into a lean condition under full boost. It turns out that the pumps were having difficulty pulling fuel over the top of the tank. I wound up going to a single Weldon with a -12AN from the bottom to the pump, dropping to a -10AN to the front that splits to a pair of -8AN to the rails. I am using an Aeromotive BR regulator, and twin -6AN returns to a single -8AN back to the tank.

I have no further lean out condition, but the old Walbros pushed the car into the 9s. I think you are fine until you see a lean condition as illustrated by A/F ratio readings.
