Exhaust
I am thinking about upgrading my exhaust from what i understand the stock headers and y-pipe are real restrictive so i an thinking something like an LT-1 dual cat with hooker headers (i don't really want to go full length) and an x pipe with something like 2.5 dual exhaust out the back
Any opinions or other ideas i would like to go with a dual exhaust set up

You have mail on L98 mods results. If not going to headers, just install a 2 1/2" front Y w/o pre-cats and a Random Tech 3-stage cat for some gains.
For some quick HP, lose that "frisbee" on the water pump pulley, install a 160 deg stat & fan sw, cut back the spark plug ground electrodes and do the spare tire delete.
