Default Brake booster (again)

So, a couple weeks ago, I replaced the original booster with a rebuilt unit from autozone. It took forever to change out, and the brake pedal was significantly lower.

So, I bought the metal one that all you guys were referring to and installed it last night (I'm getting pretty good at this now.)

It does fit perfectly and I like the Cadmium? plating on the metal housing. http://www.hotrodsusa.com/store/product341.html

So - I'd recommend the less expensive, proper fitment aftermarket booster made of metal...

Sorry I got the information on hotrod USA's product to you after you bought the other one - but at least you have it right now - (I like the metal finish also - and after 6 months see no evidence of rust)

So bring your baby down to Atwater March 19th - run an autoX and really test out those brakes! It only costs 30 bucks - alot of fun for the money!

...it is a pain huh?!
...glad for you that you can use metal version...

on BlackSheep (1995) I had with black plastic version...
The Metal version would not work...(apparently for earlier models)

...but I havent had to replace in 4 weeks now
