are ball joint dust boots replacable?

Are ball joint dust boots replacable? Or do I need to replace the ball joints as well? Ecklers or Mooge? Thanks for any help or ideas.

The only ones I could find were made by Energy Suspension. They are polyurethane.

If you purchase the boots from AutoZone, Kragens, etc., you will need the diminsions: the large end of the boot measures 1 3/8 (could be 1 13/32) the shaft end measures 19/32". I just measured the new polys I got from Ecklers - Part #22769 - $4.99 a set. They are supposed to go on the car today, but I've to many "honey do's" to complete first.Good luck!

If it's been split for a while, there is probably dirt contamination in the joint. It is recommended by gm to replace the whole ball joint. Your choice.

Energy boots work well

I've installed Energy Suspension poly boots on the upper ball joints on my 93. They take awhile to seat but work well once seated. Easy and cheap fix!!
