Can't help you with the lights, but on my '92 I removed my antenna by lying on my back and unbolting it from around the driver's side rear wheel. If you remove the wheel, you'll gain even more clearance.
Wear some eye protection while you're doing this, though because a lot of dirt and other particles will fall while you're working.
Remove the rear license plate and then remove the back-up lamp housing. You can then reach inside to remove the two 10mm nuts that hold the inside lamp housing to the rear fascia. Once the inside housing is out, go thru that hole to get to the nuts for the outer lamp housing.
The best way to get to the antenna is to remove the LH muffler. IT sits above it and while you can go in from the wheelwell, it's much easier to work from underneath it.
