Default Instrument Cluster
I have a '95 Vette and my istrument cluster, where the speedometer & everything else is, all the lines light up! Does anyone have any suggestions at what I should check out first?

I didn't have your exact problem (my dash would go dim and sometimes drop out), but go to this link: http://batee.cc.umr.edu/corvette/dcrg/allbright.htm

I resoldered all the joints (took a while) and now my dash is perfect!

You two have very very very different dashes, that probably won't help. ;)
