Instrument Cluster Gone Crazy!!!

Instrument Cluster Gone Crazy!!!
When ever I start my car the lines in my cluster all light up! But, when it idles for a few minutes some go away and come back. When I drive around everything like mph,trip,mpg,etc. are lit up! Now does anybody know what would cause this and I could do to fix it?

Maybe a bad ground??Mine acted weird about a year ago and i cleaned every ground inside the car i could find and i have not had aprob. since(knock on wood)!!
