http://www.f2ptechnologies.com/ uses the high beam circuitry to activate their remote control system...
1. Rather than mounting a used homelink button into my visor, I wonder if I could use f2ptechnologies' high beam idea, but with a homelink setup, whereas I connect the homelink transmitter to my headlight high beam wiring and activate the garaged door via the high beam.
2. I dont want to have to flip the lights up everytime to open the garage door.
As this is tapped into the headlight high beam, does anyone know if the high beam switch on c4/c5s send voltage to the headligh assy with the headlight itself off (still hidden)?
3. Do any C4s have a 'flash-to-pass' capability?
