I went 13.18 with a 1.79 short time last month at the Super Chevy Show...that day the DA got down to +400 for a couple of hours which is the lowest my car has ever seen...it would have been even better but, at around the 1000' mark, my converter locked up by mistake and the rpm dropped by 500 instantly...fixed that with a new chip...
My engine is stock, never been touched with 115,000 miles...I have long tubes, 3:73 gears and a 3200 stall converter and I run Nitto DR's all the time...last month I drove 7 hours each way to an event in S.C. on them...I always drive to the track, race and drive back home...

If I keep the car, I will prob do pulleys/1.6's/port the tpi, and try to get her into the low 13's.
8.38 in the 1/8, 13.10 in the 1/4 at 105 on a 16 year old L98 with bolt ons. I should have LT headers on in the next few weeks. Hoping for 12.8s....actually, I'm hoping for more

Numbers and mods are in sig. I'm hoping to knock off a bit more before I do a head/cam upgrade, maybe a 383. I think I'm gonna try a super ram and see if I can knock any time off with the stock heads/cam.
96' LT4 CE Convert with hardtop. K&N, Cut lid, MSD superconductor 8.5 wires, 4.11's out back. Line lock to heat up the 315 DR's. Best ET to date 12.688@106.84. My previous best run was a 12.745@109.75. Running in the good air of Englishtowns Raceway Park.

Stock I ran 13.7 after the Airfoil it ran high 11s all day! After Hypertech chip got me down to 10.6. Can somebody please play that song(we wont be fooled again) The Who sang that right?
