Vibration- sometimes?

Vibration- sometimes?
I have an 89 coupe with new tires and rims (approx. 11 months old). I threw a weight and had the tires rebalanced. After several months I now have an intermittant shake, sometimes none, sometimes at approx. 40 mph, sometimes at 60 mph. The shake seems to come and go. Any ideas or suggestions? :confused:

Try checking your lugs. I've learned from experience to tighten the lugs myself after having the wheels removed by a shop for tires, shocks, brakes, etc.
Had the same type vibration on another car and 1 lug was gone and 2 were loose. :mad

Change the shocks, I had the same problem with my 96 CE LT4 Bilstein shocks, replaced with koni sports. Problem is Gone. Seems there are a few cars out there with this problem which occurs during hot days, and under 50 miles per hour. Somethung about heat sensitive?
