Allright i think i have enough money for an exhaust and headers! I am definately gonna get corsa's but don't know what size should i go with! I want headers, tell me the pros and cons of long and shorties! Then tell me the ideal setup with the exhuast and type of headers and price. Thanks for the help.
Will i need a tune or something after the install?

A tune will optimize your results but is not an absolute necessity with no other mods. The 1 5/8" primary SW headers would be a sweet match with the Corsa system and will maximize your low and mid-range torque. Heck, I'm even using them on my new stroker, dropping down from the 1 3/4" primary DRMs I'm currently using.
BTW, don't waste your time w/ shorties unless you live in communist California and have no other choice.

Ok so i need some SW headers, these are the best brand right? What size width should i get my corsa's in, 2.5 or 3.5? Are lingenfelter headers not the best? Thanks for your help!!
Oh and where can i get the best price on SW headers and what improvements should I see with those headers and corsa exhaust?

There's a set of never installed SW headers in the F/S section right now. They won't last long. As Cuisinart said, Corsa only makes a 2 1/2" system. They will be nice. They provide an honest HP increase over the factory 2 3/4" system because of mandrel bending and otherwise good design.

I might be interested in a direct-fit resonator replacement X-pipe. I'd recommend offering it in 2.5, 2.75 and 3 inches to cover stock and all of the aftermarket and custom systems we use which run the gamut.

I would be interested in one of these as well. I already run the SW LTs & RT bullitts into the stock exhaust but would like to replace the central resonator with a good quality X pipe.
I see that you have an automatic. If you plan on running cats (and I hope that you are), Exotic Muscle headers with extension will match right up to your cats and Corsas.

What cats are you referring to? The only cats he has right now are the stock ones. And no long tube header will work with them.
SW makes a nice set-up for the automatic cars now that use high flow R/T 2 1/2" cats that will fit up right beside the transmission. It's a nice package and is what I went with this time. I also have a '95 A4.
