Here is my $.02.
The problem with single-coil inductive discharge ignition systems is not enough dwell time at higher rpms for a hot spark.
Once you go to multiple coils like the Northstar coil pak, which has some very hot coils to begin with, there is not much more to be gained by going any further.
To me, this is like putting scotch tape on a perfect weld for security.

I looked into the DIS 4 for my nitrous system but it is an expensive way to go. It is currently the only thing going for retarding timing on a triger for the delteq but I decided to just get a spare ECM and intall it when I spray. I plan on taking the Traction Control Spark Retard Vs. RPM table and having it activate off my window switch and setting the retard as needed.
