Can someone give me the correct part number for the crane cam 1.6 rr's and anything else I may need for them. I think someone also suggested new valve springs with this upgrade ?? Lt4??? Will this fit under the stock covers on my 95 Lt1?

Thanks

You need the bee hive springs, retainers ,pushrods.
May need new valve cover gaskets, gromets and as said cut the drip rails ,with a drummel tool.
RR must be self aligning, don't forget the polley locks.

I'm glad that you asked that because the guy at Summit I talked to said that I would need to measure for new push rods because the old ones "may or may not" fit. I was wanting new push rods and he said to install the LT4 springs and the 1.6 RRs and measure and then order the new push rods. It didn't make sense to me. Robert

Crane makes a set of springs and retainers for the lt1 alum. heads to go with the rockers. I bought mine from Summit, part no. 270-10308-1. I also used my original pushrods with the rockers, and have been very satisfied with the setup. No problems with it in 3000 miles. Mine is a 95 also, and besides cutting the drippers, that was all I had to do.

If I install RRs and springs should I change out the push rods since I've got 221,000 miles on the motor? If so does anyone have part #? Thanks, Robert
