This weekend was my first one out for the year. I had a blast.
Anyway, I was looking at my tires...they seemed a bit low, and I intend to fix that today.
I am wondering what would be a good all around pressure. I like the softer ride over bumps that comes with the lower pressure, but I don't want to sacrifice any performance on a long sweeping high speed entrance ramp!
I seem to remember running about 30psi last year, and was curious what most people here are running.
If you're going to go "sweeping" around curves or on/off ramps, closer to the 35 than the 30, imo. You might want to check your sticker/manual, too. And don't forget that tire pressures do change as the ambient temp changes. So, check them occasionally for obvious and good reasons.
Thanks all. I couldn't remember what everyone was running. I was at work and wasn't near my sticker. I remember the harsh ride when they were inflated to the door sticker, and most everyone was underinflating way back when I asked this last. I'm going to try 33 and see how that feels. thanks for all the info.
