CF/EM are unfair
CF moderators and administrators are letting a vendor Exotic muscle rip off one of our fellow members barcoldi. I think this is unacceptable and would appreciate anyone who would contribute there WORTHY comments on this thread and help out barcoldi. He has waited patiently and carried on a long thread and been very respectful about this matter and now it has reached the point to where something needs to be done. I think someone higher up needs to tell em to get off there settle this up. TIA

CF is not involved in this issue, other than selling advertising space to EM. They have no more responsibility than the last magazine or newspaper EM advertised in.
EM needs to step up to the plate and square this away.

You can't blame CF for something their advertiser's is or is not doing. I was thinking of doing business with EM, and have decided against it because of their handling/err lack thereof of the issue, and there is now a blemish on their rep.. I'm sure we all appreciate the info..

Im not blaming either CF or EM. I just dont think the way they handled this very well. I just want the other members to know this and help keep another member from being screwed out of his/her money

but CF wont get involved in/ be held responsible for EM's business practices.Hope everything works out for bacardioil, thatis a lot of $$ to spend on a header to have to have work done on it to use them.

I remember when CF used to protect the advertisers.
Several years ago, Breathless had a run on bad intake tubes... and every time someone commented on it, the threads would be locked. It really did reek of favouritism.

When a member has a problem with a supporting vendor and is greeted with silence it casts a shadow on that vendor and, in my opinion, the CF...while I do not condone the CF getting involved in the business practices of any vendor, they certainly could require vendors to respond to problems as part of selling their wares on the CF...
One would think any vendor would jump at the chance to post that things are being worked out...unfortunately, that is not always the case and this is where the CF could use whatever leverage they have...
