Default ac-blower control module 1986 c68 ac

Does anyone have a schematic for this part. It controls the blower speed and the ac compressor clutch. I have replaced this part already but have not been able to get the ac clutch to engage. I followed the shop manual and the voltages are correct at the module connectors but the clutch will not engage. When I ground out the pin at the module connector the clutch engages which proves the circuit up to and leaving the module. Has anyone experienced this problem? I have checked the ac cycling pressure switch and low pressure switch and both are closed as they should be.

Have you checked for codes in the control head? Pushing the up and down fan speed buttons and holding them untill you get a -00 then push auto and look for a 09 code(low freon) also just unhook the battery and try again. They sometimes lock up and have to be reset, also check the ground over on the right frame rail by the evap. housing.

Thanks David for the reply, when I get back from Carlisle I will have to go over every point on the car to track down the problem. By time I'm done I'll know the A/C inside out on this thing. Hopefully it's something simple.
