Is there a real difference
I am starting to hunt down an LTx exhaust in my area. Is there a difference between the LT1 exhausts from '92+? Is there a major difference between the LT1 and LT4 exhaust?
I searched the forum and found this very useful link discussing the conversion. It touches on the differences between LT1 and LT4 but didnt really answer my question much.
Since an LT4 exhaust may prove difficult to find, I would like to know if its worth the effort or is an LT1 exhaust pretty much the same for an L98 to LTx conversion?

Look at the pic of the LT4 exhaust, see where the pipes coming out of the resonator going to the mufflers has a crossover tube? The LT1 exhaust doesn't have that.
