i can barely turn on this computer so please bear with me. i just purchased my first vette, a 96 lt4. you can see my teeth before you see my headlights! wow. short and simple-if i install a performance cam with matching springs, what about these crane rockers? do they have polylocks and set screws

If you're getting a performance cam and springs, then I would finish it off with some hardened pushrods and guideplates, then get some ARP 7/16 rocker studs and some new 1.6 rockers.
The STOCK LT4 rocker arms are NOT adjustable. Replace the rocker arm studs and then you can adjust 'em.
EDIT: I should elaborate. The stock LT4 rocker studs are shouldered so the stock rockers can be torqued to a certain spec. Plus, the stock studs are 10mm which is a bit more than 3/8 inch. Aftermarket rockers may not fit. Make sure you get matching studs with your new rocker arms.
