Perhaps 35-40 lbs. Add another 15 for the jack and handle.
There are mixed opinions for Auto-Cross. With a lower powered L98 auto,
I find that traction is not such an issue and I remove mine for
events. Others with newer higher powered cars counter that they
prefer to leave it place and run a full tank of fuel for more rearward
weight balance.
On my '95, the spare, the jack, and the lugnut wrench came to a
scale-confirmed total of 34 lbs.
Oops - I was way over with my estimate. I agree 95PoloVert looks to
be on target.
I actually went out to pull and weigh my spare last night around 12.
Turns out I did not put my jack back after I last used it so I have not
been able to weigh that yet, but here is what I saw while weighing
what I have available
Spare - 26 lbs
Wrench - 1 lb
Thanks for the correction.
Edit: The jack weighs 5 lbs

Oh, come on! For all the good advice you give on the forum, you were off by a whopping 1 pound in your estimated range. 1 divided by 34=2.9% error. Neglible, I'd say.
It's a slippery slope when I start to answer questions with guesses.
I did think about the answer before posting and based the figure on
something I thought was meaningful, but I didn't KNOW and, well, blah,
blah, blah... I screwed up, end of story.
I blew it with a typo for a p/n on cerebus' post, too. The wrong number
I gave was invalid and doesn't appear at GMPARTSDIRECT, but it
MIGHT have been good for an incorrect part and someone like Jerris or
Joby or some of our Australian friends MIGHT have ordered one at great
expense & difficulty.
I think I've always tried to own up to and correct my mistakes here. There
have been a few. At some point I started keeping score by acknowledging
my screwups with an 'Oops' at the beginning. Too many, too close together
and that's my cue to walk away.
Designer Imagines A Corvette That Looks More Like a Corvette Than the Corvette
