As some of you here know, I had fuel being dumped into some of my cylinders. Turned out two injectors were stuck open. I removed them and shipped them off to WitchHunter.com (great service), they returned all of them reconditioned.
Some of you suggested I squirt oil into my cylinders because of the excessive fuel stripping the coat of oil off the cylinder walls.
After initially starting up and running what appeared to be good and strong while tons of smokewas burning off the oil (rmember I squirted oil into the cylinders) it began to run rough until it finally failed to continue running. I suspected teh plugs were fouled by the oil.
I've removed the spark plugs and cleaned them up,but I'm having the same problem.
1) Can new AC Delco platinum spark plugs be permanently rendered useless by severe oil fouling?
2) Could I have fouled the O2 sensor thus causing a bad reading?
Thanks in advance, Rick
