ABS Warning light comes on after shift ??!!!

ABS Warning light comes on after shift ??!!!
Just had my auto tranny rebuilt, no doubt they did a nice job. The shifts are firm, breaking the wheels nicely during 1-2, at which point the Anti lock warning comes on and stays latched until I cycle the ignition (turn off and restart car). As it would normally, after I start the car and initially drive, the ABS pretest works fine. Under hard breaking the system pulses perfectly, car stops nice and straight. During normal driving and even mild shifting, no problems, but right after a full power shift, the light comes back on. Any thoughts?

Interesting thought... though its not the red Brake warning message light, but the bottom right Anti Lock indicator that illuminates. Why do you think the fluid level would effect it ?

And, topping off the brake fluid solved it for me.
