Sooo...I bought a brand new Nitrous Supply (NS) wet kit new on Friday from www.advancedautocc.com here in FL for dirt cheap. Homeboy even filled the bottle for FREE.
I showed it to the wifey and she FLIPPED...now I'm left with a problem...
My wife is really cool. I love her and I don't want to **** her off TOO much. However, while she's saying things like "engine blowing up" and "you're not fast and furious" I still know that I can install this kit and she won't do anything about it. In fact, if I give her a taste she'll want to do a nitrous shot every once in a while herself. (P.S...I still need a few upgrades...like fuel pump, window switch, gauges, etc...to make it work well)
BUT...for the price I paid for everything I know I can easily sell it at market value and STILL get my money back (It was a sweet deal)...

I would listen to your wife! She's the one you have to live with. Tell ya what I'll do, I'll give ya $200 for it and a romantic dinner for two at a nice restaurant where you live. What ya say??
I've had my 125 kit installed for only a few days now. I should have done it a long time ago. Every time I hit the button all I can do is . Oh and the guy that filled my bottle last work showed me the large bottle they fill them from. It has a big sticker on it that says NON-FLAMABLE. But I guess thats not to say the engine can't blow.
Thanks for the plug, dude... I hope you like your system, and if you have any questions, etc. either PM or call me.
His deal IS repeatable, btw.. you Florida guys also benefit from the "first bottle free" deal, as long as it's not shipped (hazmat regs). Drop me a PM for the info.

Rick... N2O is non-flammable, yes. The "blwoing up your engine" part is if you go too lean on the tune (lean is bad). Then you get those nitrous backfires that you hear about. Not too much of a concern at your HP level, but stay off the rev limiter anyway...
Yep ,that was a NX solenoid that leaked Nitrous into the plenum ,
I did not know the thing was leaking into the intake .I turned the key and wam!
You see the results.
It is back together now ,New front end and engine .Runs 10's without nitrous, but the motor is set up for a 400 shot,I still love the juice.
