thanx in adavance :seeya
If you are proficient at wrenching, there's nothing really difficult on your list. Just make sure you have *all* the parts and tools you need before jumping in. (like new runner gaskets, T- stat gasket, a fuel pressure gauge, the correct bits for your ratchets to allow access to the runner bolts, etc.)
There is enough time to do it but why take the chance? All that stuff is not going to do much anyway. The trip is more important. I would leave it alone.
I also question if a throttle body bypass should be done at all. Since you are only 300 miles from somewhere in Canada your climate could be a cold one. Thats why the throttle body is heated. It's to prevent icing there!
the car is running fine now i just feel it will help me get alittle more power on the highway which i thrive on ...plus i think it could help...cant it?
thanx
I am with everyone else, leave well enough alone, the k&n yes a definate, this car will get you to 150mph and if you are thriven above that you got bigger gonads than most of us do.
