Fans Always ON

I just finished replacing Opti, wires, plugs, ign. module, water pump and temp sensor, ECM. This is a 95 lt1. Both fans come on at startup and never shut off. Ac off or on, no difference . Any good starting points?

That happened on my 85 when I reassembled the engine. The coolant temp sensor in the front of the intake was unplugged. A bad sensor maybe?

Make sure you didn't accidently unplug the sensor on the high pressure side AC line. If it's un plugged the fans will run.
