Default 1991 Performance Information

Hi all. I might be buying a 1991 Vette and was wondering if anyone could provide me with some stats. I checked out netvettes.com and saw that the 92 was getting into the 13s. So, I suppose the 91 isn't, How far off is it? I appreciate any input...

Scorp got into the 13's with his 87, and I believe the 91 has more HP, so you should be able to, as well.

Sal

Every car is slightly different, but most L98 Vette's run about 14.0 at 98mph bone stock. The 91 is supposed to be the faster of all L98's.

I have run a 13.87 ET in some cool weather last sept (totally bone stock down to the air filter). I have seen a few other L98's get into the 13's bone stock.

You will find some 91 (and L98s) that will run high 13's stock, but it is pretty normal to run low 14's.

Sal,
My car (with the mods you saw in the other thread) ran 13.7's consistently.

I dropped into the 13.6's a few times.

I wish I could find a trade, though. At this point, I don't care if the car has 300,000 miles on it. I just wanna get my foot in the door (soughta speek). Once I have it, I can do whatever I need.

Do you know anyone who's got a 91 or up Vette with UNFREAKING-REAL high mileage or paint that looks so bad you just want to smack 'em? Or both?
