Hey Pete...welcome to my neck of the woods...you might want to consider stopping by the Lakeland Drag Strip this Saturday afternoon, May 13th...we have the Lakeland Corvette Challenge starting at 4 PM...the track is only about 30 minutes or less from Disney....Exit 38 on I-4 (Rt. 33) then north for 1/2 mile...the track is on your left just after the auto auction on the right...

You can even run your rental down the track as there is a test n tune going at the same time...I hope we get a chance to meet ya!...I'll PM you my cell number just in case...

I spoke to pete today when he was already reached tampa, FL and was cruising in a rental taurus, he sounds excited n thrilled thats all i can say, he love 85 deg florida temp and straight roads n hwy.

Made the trip down to Palm Beach to spend a couple of days with family. Very nice here as well.
