Get hooked up
How can I get my '86 to hook up better on the street, other than fat, soft hides? Leaf spring rears, can use traction bars, coils use ladder bars, but what can the poor vette guy do? Suggestions would be helpful.

What brand of tires do you have? How old are they? And how much air are you running? Also, is this a stick or auto? and if an auto what rear gear do you have now? One more thing, is it stock and if not what mods do you have?

Tires are goodyear eagle F1's, 35psi, don't know how old, they were on the car when I bought it. As for the gear ratio I think it's stock. Mods include hypertech chip, k&n filter an open top cover, t/b air foil, hypertech high voltage coil, and dynomax mufflers. Oh ya running through an automatic.
