HVAC Blower Motor issues update

Thank you guys for your responses. I took the control head apart yesterday and checked for broken connections. I did not find any. I then pulled the control module out and re-installed it. Nothing.
I then checked the signal going to the blower motor and had good signal.
In frustration I tapped the blower motor with a hammer.
It worked! So I am assuming that somewhere inside the blower motor I have a short, aka Evil Spirit.
Thank you for all your help. Even though the ideas proved not to be the issue this time, I got a great opportunity to clean up 16 years of dirt! Now I am cool and clean.
