Default Sway bar pre-loaded

I think my rear sway bar may be pre-loaded. The driver side rear is always lower than the passenger side. I keep adjusting it with the aftermarket bolt kit, but eventually the left side is lower again.

I inspected the rear spring, and it looks good. Not delaminating at all.
Has anyone experienced this problem.

THe car does have the 26mm rear bar that I installed.

Very common complaint. Whether it's the spring or the bar, I can't say but you may want to build or buy some adjustable end links for it so you can be sure it's at zero preload once you level the car again.

To test your theory, you can disconnect one of the swaybar end links.
Readjust the ride height, then visually evaluate how much the
unconnected SB link needs to move to mate to the bracket.

My instincts suggest that there would need to be a significant amount
of misalignment between one side of the bar and the other in order
to create an appreciable amount of ride height imbalance.

I remember your earlier thread and am glad you didn't find issues with
the spring.

I disconnected one of the end links, slapped the tire back on, and that side was indeed higher.

Here is the problem. You have to tighten down on the end links when the car is at level ride height, and the suspension is loaded. How can you do that with the tires off ?????

Also, my end link bushings are trashed. Does anybody make replacements??
