do they require any special modifications or mounting brackets for the accessories? I am leaning toward the TPiS headers right now, and you can use the stock bolts, so you can utilize the mounting brackets. I don't want to use stk, I want to use ARP, so will I have a problem with mounting accessories?
No ARP doesn't make a special bolt for TPiS headers, but ARP makes a set of botls for any LT1, that should work with any header. What I am worried about is getting the headers and ARP bolts, and then having trouble mounting the accessories. Some have said they have fabed a bracket? I just want to have my ducks in a row, and most say not to re-use the stk bolts.

TPIS headers have spacers welded to the flanges to allow use of the stock manifold bolts and to make the use of the stock brackets simple. Unless ARP makes a replacement for the factory manifold bolts, you're SOL. Header bolts will not work w/ the TPIS headers.
Well that is strange...I don't undertand why ARP bolts won't work, but I'll take your word for it.
Well I thought it was a "no, no" to use stk bolts or is it just not to RE-use stk bolts? Many people have used the TpiS so I guess there is no real issue? The reason I like the TPiS is they have longer collectors vs. EM, do you think this will make any real power difference, VS a 3" pipe to the rest of the exhaust? I guess it is really about the same, right?
