Since I was seeing the fuel pump relay going on and off when the opti was plugged into the pmc connector and then stop when I disconnected it I decided to plug in my old opti. After plugging in the old opti the fuel pump DID NOT cycle. When I plugged pin D (ground wire) in and out the fuel pump would reprime. This I guess is telling me that the ground is bad within my Dynaspark. I check the opti harness and don't see any issues witin it My old opti is still in working condition (slight miss every now and again when I replaced it).
I also am showing 39psi on my fuel gauge. When it primes it goes up to about 44psi and then holds at 39psi. This is a bit low but still seems like it is withing the limits of normal.
I am contacting DTE and Dynaspark to go over the next step. I am right at the 1 year warranty mark. If anything else I plan to just rebuild it. I'm not happy about spendign $600 on a unit thst broke in one year. I'm not looking forward to taking it out again.
