I will be getting a baseline DYNO of my '92 LT1 tomorrow, but I am wondering.
I have not had a chance to adjust the vss output with the electronic ratio adapter I have yet, and since the car thinks it's actually going faster than it is in real life, and locking up earlier, etc., will that hurt any DYNO #'s in 3rd gear when they pull it?

It shouldn't because you want the torque converter to be locked anyway to get a more "relistic" HP reading.
Don't sweat it. You'll have a good time. Hopefully you'll be at a facility where they will you let you "pilot" your own vehicle. I think most Dynojet operators will let you do this. If you take it to a place where the dyno operator is behind the wheel then it just takes the fun out of it.
You'll get valid data either way but being in the seat is the way to go.
My chip was too rich at 12:1 AFR, but still managed to get 276RWHP, 306RWTRQ..
Nor bad for stock with paper filter, borla mufflers, xpipe, and 200F temps, in 80F and 60% humidity.. I was happy.. Little less fuel to bring it to 12.8-13.1, K&N and I should be over 285RWHP if not more..

That's some good HP Gabe. You should be able to run some 12.50's.
Thanks Vic, I don't think she'll hit 12.5's, but I'm hoping for high 12's.
I only changed the gears, but still have the stock converter in there, which puts me under the powerband when going into 3rd for now.
