Default where does this vacuum line go

95, lt1, a4. Coming of the cruise control actuator (I guess that's a good name for it) are two vac lines. One of them is a 7/32" line that is routed down to just above the battery and seems to disappear behind the brake booster. I need to replace this hose and hope someone can tell me where it goes and what it hooks to. I can add a picture if need be.

Not totaly sure but one goes to engine vacuum the other to the brake pedals cut-off switch...I think you are looking at the cut-off. If it is it ends above the brake pedal in one of the 2or3 switches there. It is almost impossible to pull through the bulkhead bushing(i think they are glued) so best to adapt both ends of bulkhead.

Thanks, that makes sense. Looks really tough to get to so that will be a nice project for tomorrow.
