Bob, was just reading another thread where you mentioned Sealant Pellets.
"The L-98 service manual requires two sealant pellets be put in after each flush."
that's it! i've got a weeping from my intake/head. i've done a few coolant changes but have never been exposed to the Sealant Pellets before.
i'm hoping this will solve my issue. i have just had my top end apart to tighten up the intake bolts - they were quite loose btw.
